FIRST PAYMENT – BOOKING DEPOSIT

 

A $100 AUD non-refundable deposit per person needs to be made within 7 days of sending your booking form.

​

SECOND PAYMENT – 50% DEPOSIT

 

You are required to pay a 50% deposit of the total cost (in Australian Dollars) (less the $100 holding deposit).

​

Due date for 50% deposit:  by 23rd January 2027 or before.

​​

FINAL PAYMENT – BALANCE

 

The remainder of the total cost is to be paid to complete your booking.

 

Due date to pay remaining balance:  by 23rd March 2027 or before.

REFUND POLICY

 

The $100 holding deposit per person is non-refundable.

 

The 50% payment, (less your holding deposit) and the balance payments are fully refundable up until 28 days prior to the event.

 

After that date, a refund of 50% will be available.
